About Kelly
Kelly is a dedicated infant care professional, boasting a diverse set of qualifications as a Certified Postpartum & Infant Care Doula, Credentialed Newborn Care Specialist, Certified Lactation Counselor, and New Parent Educator. Her passion for nurturing and fostering the development of young children has been evident since her early years.
During her pre-teen and teenage years, Kelly began her childcare path by assisting her mother in the church nursery, serving as a mother's helper for a Mom's Morning Out group, and providing regular babysitting services for families with children spanning from newborns to pre-teens. Upon relocating to the Triangle in 2008, Kelly started her professional nanny career. She worked in this role for over a decade, with children of various ages.
In 2020, Kelly made a transition to focus on infant-centered care, driven by her unwavering passion for infant development. Committed to ongoing education, she stays current within the newborn care field, ensuring she offers the latest and most effective practices for newborns and their families during the 4th trimester.
In her free time, Kelly enjoys outdoor activities and traveling with her husband, Leo, and their three dogs – Moxxi, Diesel, and Sadie. As a devoted hockey fan, she is also a Carolina Hurricanes Season Ticket Member.
